We offer secure destruction of your data bearing devices and repurpose devices that have been securely wiped.

RMA Processing

How to expedite your drop off experience

Battery Removal prior to drop off please

 

Remove all household batteries (alkaline, ni-cad, lithium and battery chargers)

 - Ace Hardware accepts these items from county residents or go to https://hhw.santaclaracounty.gov to schedule a hazardous waste drop-off

Keep all components and cables of working items together for reuse

Separate working items from non-functioning items

Factory reset phones and tablets and remove Google/Apple accounts

Use carts that we provide to unload your items (team members will assist you if necessary)
