JOETAD-IT SERVICES has been working closely with GreenMouse, Inc since 2005. James Odom the owner of JOETAD-IT SERVICES has been working closely with Evelyn O'Donnell since that time. They both are Silicon Valley veterans with a background in high-tech marketing and sales. JOETAD-IT SERVICES was established in 2025 with the vision on expanding GreenMouse. Being nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley—right near San Jose Airport—lets us serve Santa Clara County and beyond, including Alameda, San Mateo, Contra Costa, and San Francisco Counties. Our reach covers all local cities, too: San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Fremont, and San Francisco.

Most of the e-waste we collect is processed right here at JOETAD-IT SERVICES, Inc., where it helps create local jobs. For items like televisions and monitors, we follow all the rules and regulations under California’s Electronic Waste Recycling Act (SB 20). That program sets up a system to make it easy for Californians to responsibly manage their old electronics—keeping them out of landfills and putting them to better use.
